How to Order
You can place an order by visiting our site diegoarmand.com, choose a product, add to cart and proceed to our checkout page.
Orders usually ship within 2-4 business days after the date they were placed. If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately at [email protected] Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Diego Armand accepts all major credit cards such as; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express all through Paypal.
Payment & Shipping
Standard shipping for orders within Canada, The United States and Internationally will be shipped via Canada Post.
Standard shipping for orders within Canada and The continental United States takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually takes 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on your destination.
Tracking for international orders will not be updated once the package(s) leaves Canada, however rest assure that its on its way.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Diego Armand ships to countries all around the world. Please allowed 3-5 weeks for delivery. No tracking number will be provided once the package(s) leaves Canada.
Diego Armand offers a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international customers. The price of each option depends on the products ordered and your shipping destination.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unwashed, unworn or unused merchandise in saleable condition with the original tags attached and with a receipt within 15 days of purchase.
No return or exchange will be accepted on Swimwear or intimates.
Return and exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return form [Click Here]. Complete the return form and include it in your return box.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless an error was made in shipping. No returns on Special Orders. We cannot accept returned items if they have been worn or if they are damaged.
You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please pack the item carefully and insure the package. This allows us to help track the package if any problems occur. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
Note: This address can only be used to return items purchased at diegoarmand.com. Please return items purchased elsewhere to the original place of purchase. When paying for return postage, we suggest you insure the package or purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records. We will only be able to credit merchandise that is physically received by our warehouse.
